YOU AND EACH OF YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that pursuant to a call this day issued by the Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada will be held in the Board of Commissioner's Room in the City Clerk's Office Friday the 12th day of December, 1941 at the hour of 7:30 P.M on said day to consider and act upon the following business: 1. To consider and act upon the request for approval of the Huntridge Subdivision. Smith, Sr._________ Commissioner Minutes of a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada held on the 12th day of December, 1941, at the hour of 7:50 P.M. Present: Mayor Garrison. Commissioners Tinch, Clark, Smith and Rubidoux. City Clerk, Helen Scott. City Engineer, Harlan T. Brown. Absent: Paul Ralli, City Attorney, Commissioner Rubidoux moved that the plat for the subdivision "Huntridge" be approved, and that the Mayor and city clerk be empowered to sign said plat. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote. Commissioners Smith, Tinch, Clark, Rubidoux and His Honor voting aye. Noes, hone. Commissioner Smith moved that notice of this Special Meeting nowin session be and is hereby amended so as to take action conferring authority upon the Mayor and City Clerk to sign request for excise tax exemption and the document captioned "PD-1 priority rating application" be incorporated in the Minutes by reference. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote. Commissioners Tinch, Smith, Clark, Rubidoux and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Commissioner Smith moved that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are, authorized to sign requests for priority ratings or tax exemptions without further action of the Board of City Commission rs for such material as may be deemed necessary and desired. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote. Commissioners Smith, Tinch, Clark, Rubidoux and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Commissioner Clark moved that this meeting adjourn until December 16th, 1941 at the hour of 7:50 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Tinch and carried by the following vote.
