Las Vegas - September 18, 1953 For your approval, attached please find original and three copies of Form 2120 No. 16 dated September 18, 1953» covering recommendation for three helpers at $1.73 p®r hour. On the last page of my letter to you dated May 11, 1953* I recommended that three employees then classified as laborers, be reclassified as helpers. This was a new classification at the time recommendation was made and the rate of $1.73 P®** hour was authorized by Mr. Stoddard on Form 2120 No. 14 dated May 11, 1953* While the rate of pay was authorized, I inadvertently failed to include the three helpers on Form 2120 No. 15 submitted at that time. The attached Form 2120 No. 16 covers these three helpers, two of which have already been employed, and the auditor is notf asking us for Form 2120 covering authorization for these men.
