Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of refund ag&aiement with Nick and Albina Pahor, 2025 West Charleston Bird*, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction of 6H cast iron water main to serve Pahor Tract, Las Vegas, in location described as follows: Mr. G. M. Cory - Las Vegas Commencing at a connection with existing 24* oast iron water main in West Charleston Blvd. at the intersection of Pahor Court, thence extending southerly in Pahor Court a distance of approximately 480' to an end. Together with the installation of approximately 20 feet of 6* oast iron water line to serve 2 fire hydrants in location as designated by city authorities. The estimated cost of constructing said water main and fire hydrant connections is 1.2 ?10. Subdividera agree: 1. To locate said water line. 2. To furnish easement where necessary. 3. To deposit sum of $2 710. Company agrees: 1. On execution of agreement receipt of said deposit and necessary easement to proceed with construction of said water main and fire hydrant connections. . 2. To refund to subdividers 35$ of revenue received from consumers located within Pahor Tract taking service from water main installed hereunder during the ten-year period following completion of the work or until subdivider has been repaid the amount advanced by it (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections) whichever first occurs.
