Ross Clark Member of Executive Committee Building Dear Sir:- Herewith I enclose copy of letter from Mr.Bracken, our agent at Las Vegas, dated the 20th instant, regarding company houses in which he requests that the company provide and hang window shades in all the houses, and that the company place the houses in a habitable condition by cleaning out the refuse left by the workmen when the houses were completed. attended to by the company. It is much more economical for a landlord to furnish shades than to have the window casing muti­lated by every one putting up shades which always require fixtures in a different place than they were previously put up. An effort should of course be made to hold tenants responsible for any ma­licious destruction of such property. Will you kindly advise what action shall be taken in each of these matters?
