I agree.FREEMAN COMPANY pub/ic/sts 7. If It Is within the legs! framework of such a corporation, X would like to propose that we call any other active or inactive members "ms ANGELBOARD", and that if possible, we could keep it open so that we cm keep adding names to it of people who do things for the bread. I have about twenty names now of people who have helped us quite a bit, such as Id Sullivan who showed the bread on his National TV show last week. I will make up a certificate which they can frame and be proud of if we can set this up legally. 8. X am enclosing a copy of the Agenda, which X discussed in part with Hr. Cahlan yesterday. This will give you an idea of some of the work involved in keeping this thing going. The very, very urgent problem we have right now is promotion - the preparation of ads for a place like Minneapolis and the preparation of ads for future markets. X know in ray own mind, and have on paper already, what X think will sell this bread, and X think we will have to come to a decision soon as to how to go about putting this into national work, but there will be problems coming up such as: "When we go into a new market, for Instance St. Louis, who should pay for the advertising and promotion announcing the coming of the bread to St. Louis before it actually goes on sale ?╟≤ and who should pay for the ads announcing its availability when it is finally put on sale?" 9. Now, X feel the best way to handle the above problem is to have included in the franchise contract a stipulation that a certain amount of money be set aside by each franchise holder to promote the coming of the bread and the introductory sales efforts ?╟≤ which should be done using uniform material that we should make up so as to be standard all over the country. 9508 WILSHIRE BLVD. ?╟≤ BEVERLY HILLS, CAL. ?╟≤ BRADSHAW 2-8611
