Casino has the right to revoke the above privileges if or when Artist1s monthly payments become delinquent (over sixty (60) days) and the outstanding balance will be automatically deducted from Artist's salary. Artist is entitled to two (2) weeks vacation with pay after the completion of one (1) year of actual engagement (not including rehearsal). Artist is entitled to be paid double scale for days worked on a legal holiday. 9. Commissions Any commission or other sum or sums due and payable by Artist to his manager and/or agent shall be the responsibility of Artist, who hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Casino and producer from any claims in connection therewith. 10?? Immigration approval (EXPATRIATE ARTIST ONLY) This contract is valid only upon Artist's acceptance and approval is granted by the Bahamas Government. 11. Amendment * This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the said parties, and no amendments thereof shall be valid unless in writing and executed by both parties.
