This Is In line with my conversation with you when X informed you that when we did have this nix ready, Snowflake Bakeries would have to go along with the procedure we are now setting up In sons six other cities. X have asked Solatia to send you three bags of the prepared General Mills alx with full instructions, and X would appreciate you doing a test run to see if we can*t get Snowflakes Angelita's Bread up to perfect quality. X would like you to make sure that this mix is used only for a test, and under no circumstances are any of the loaves prepared under this test to be sold to the public through any source, nor are any loaves to be given free to the public by you. When you make the bread up, X wish you would call me and X will then ask you to send some to the Sisters for testing, some to Holsum for testing, and some to me for testing. We will then work out the details of the new Snowflake Aagelita's Bread and putting It on the market in Las Vegas with the same kind of pro- motion we are planning now for Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, Houston, and Dallas. Once we have approved these test loaves. Snowflake will then become a franchised baker of Angelita's Bread, and should follow every procedure we are now outlining for the National marketing and dis- tribution of the bread.
