Responsibility: Ray Culley and Jim Deitch, It was agreed by those present that all "external" expenses?╟÷ that is, those outside of the hotels ?╟÷ will be paid by the Chamber of Commerce, At the completion of the activity, the expenses will be totalled and the cost will be shared equally by all participating hotels. This includes the brunch at Twin Lakes Lodge, transportation, telegrams and other expenses. Housing, meals and refreshments will be absorbed by the individual hotels. 30
