This conference will be in the Director's Room at the Fairgrounds. It will last approximately 3/4 of an hour. Following this they want to take some pictures and do interviews on two TV stations which are located on the Fairgrounds. This, of course, is the day before the Fair opens so there will be very few people around. Your reservations in Ottawa are at the Chateau Laurier Hotel; a two bedroom suite with a living room in the center and with a television in each room. I also re- served a single for Don Ferris in the same hotel. I have made these reservations for arrival on Thursday, August 20th. If you plan to arrive ahead of that date, please let me know and I will change the reservations. I plan to arrive on the 20th and would like to know when you are arriving so that I may plan my arrival as near to yours as possible.
