Plaza 1-5160 June 15, 1957 The Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: This letter will confirm our understanding regarding the emanation from Las Vegas of three "live", one-hour special television shows (in black and white or color) to be produced by us for Grey Adver- tising Agency, Inc., on behalf of Exquisite Form, as follows: 1. jThe programs are to be scheduled over the NBC facilities on or about November 16, 1957 and March and May, 1958, featuring the headline talent (or their equivalent) from the leading hotels in the area. 2. Program content, talent and all other production elements, which are to be determined by us, will be at our cost and expense except for the following items which you agree to furnish without charge: (a) While we will select and negotiate for the program talent, you agree to fully cooperate in assisting us to secure the availability of top performers, as well as the availability of such secondary performers and musicians as shall be performing at your hotels during the production period. (b) Such sets, props, drapes, costumes and orchestra arrangements and parts as you may have available. (c) Appropriate board and lodging at your hotels for production, technical and other program personnel.
