I agree.NATHAN H. HAncock 6-5355 216 TREMONT STREET, BOSTON 16, MASSACHUSETTS November 30, 1955 Sands Hotel Las Vegas Nevada Dear Sirs: One of our accounts, Charlton Co., Inc., Fitchburg, Mass., is planning to hold a drawing at the Chicago Furniture Mart in January, the winning prize to be a five-day all-expense trip for two to the Sands Hotel. We are planning a mailing for the middle of December to 5,000 leading department and furniture stores throughout the country. This will, of course, give your hotel very valuable publicity among the type of people who spend the most for vacations. Would the hotel be willing to donate this five-day all-expense trip for two? The publicity value would be terrific. I am sure you will get much business from this free-spending high-income group. Our client, Jack Spound, who is Charlton?╟╓s president, and his family are regular visitors at your hotel, even though they sometimes find it hard to get reservations. I hope you will remedy this situation when they write to you again for rooms. Incidentally, we want to thank you for the publicity photographs you sent us for preparation of our folder. We are enclosing a rough layout showing the type of folder it will be. Thanks very much for your cooperation and may we be hearing from you soon. Nathan H. Miller NHMs^z cc: Mr. Jack Spound
