(if) December, 1952 total of Refrigeration and air conditioning chargee were adjusted on Form 26 in December accounts and removed from the accounts. (5) Those consumers who paid Refrigeration charges from January 1, 1952 to date now have a credit tc their Refrigeration account on Form 26 in the amount of such payment.
