Blashill Box 613 College Station Publicity Director The Sands Hotel Las Yagas, Nevada Dear Sirj As you may know Sigma Iota, the Hotel Administration Honorary at Washington State College anually selects the National Bellman of the' year - the one whom we believe examplifies the greatest contribution of service to the industry. In his honor we feature a banquet and ?√ß dance. From a humble beginning six years ago the dance with its nightclub atmosphere and national recognition is now widly acclaimed to be the highlight of the year. Proceeds from this event are used for scholar- ships within the hotel department and also helps meet expenses of the annual field trip. For the past two years leading hotels have submitted menu covers, souvenier ash trays, match book covers, etc as dance favors. This has added greatly to our success. It is not my pleasure to invite your outstanding hotel to join and be represented at this festive occassion. Would it be possible for you to send us a box of the first three items listed? It gives them an idea of ?╟ The* place to stop when in your area. Our dance will be January 19th of this year. Good planning dictates that all of our program arrangements be completed by Friday January 11. May I please hear from you by that date?
