Emerging from clouds of teasing, tons of hairpieces and rigors of geometric formulas, the look of today belongs to the "Pretty Girl." She's the woman of any age who recognizes the flattery of soft, soft, curls and purely feminine fashions. "Softness" is the keynote. "Today women want to look like women, and men prefer them that way." Beginning at the, top with a shorter, shapelier, infinitely more flattering cap of curls, cluster of swirls, or ripple of waves, you'll be well on your way to the prettiest season ever. Fish Baked in Red (dry) Wine Practically all white flesh fish can be baked the same way, also salmon and trout, either whole or fillet. Cooking time to be determined by weight or quantity. Butter the baking dish and sprinkle with chopped onion, parsley salt and ground black pepper. Place the fish on top and saute' some sliced mushrooms in butter and place over fish. Then pour dry red wine (not necessarily the most expensive) over fish, just enough to simmer, not swim in, salt and pepper. Cover the dish and bake at 300 degrees until done. Remove fish to serving platter and reduce cooking nectar to one-half. Thicken lightly with a creamy butter and flour mixture and cook 4 to 5 minutes then pour over fish and serve.
