I agree.#• % # Las Vegas Land and Water Company Crews /f RULE 8(a): The Company shall make the following charges for each tapping of its water main and the construction of service line extending therefrom as follows: (a) For each 3/4u tapping where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length $ 5.00 (b) For each 1" tapping where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length $20.00 (c) For each tapping over ln up to and including 2" where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length §30.00 (d) For each tapping over 2n or where any service line shall exceed 50 feet in length, actual cost of labor and material, plus 10%. Applicant shall pay the above charges, or the estimated cost of such service line, in advance. 9. New Extensions - Whenever an application for water service is received which will require the Company to extend its water mains more than fifty feet, exclusive of the service pipe of each customer to be served, the applicant shall enter into a contract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension. The amount advanced shall be refunded quarterly to the applicant advancing the same at the rate of 33% of the revenue reissued by Wm. Reinhardt Vice-President Effective October 18, 1951
