Bear Sir: I herewith enclose you a part of my files with the Paoific Erult Express Company in reference to the excessive use of water by them here at their plant in Las Vegas. Will you please note what Chief Engineer Whyte has to say in reference to the curtailment of the use of our water and I wish to advise you that up to and including the above date, they have made no efforts to fulfill their promises. We must insist that this excessive use of water be done away with before the summer season is very far advanced. explaining our situation and see if you can have them start work on their cooling tower at once?
