HOLLYWOODITES With the holiday weekend about here, there was a goodly share of Holly-woodites in evidence for the many .openings over the weekend, such celebs as Mary hand Jack Benny, Esther Williams, Grade Allen, Milton Berle, George Gobel, Rosemary Clooney,?╟╓ Joe E.
