Just to update some of the items that we are working on, the following is submitted. RONA BARRETT: We have a firm commitment from Rona Barrett to tape a segment for use on the NBC network show "Tomorrow" with Tom Snyder. Levinson has been told that we will be given a date after December 1. JOHNNY CARSON SHOW: I am still pursuing this possibility. I may have mentioned earlier that Suzanne Somers is on the Carson show December 18 and we should be able to work out a hype for Jubilee. MIKE DOUGLAS SHOW: Requested Jolly Jovers. At this point, we are not going to, apparently, get any thing on with Douglas. MERV GRIFFIN SHOW: Definitely will do something with us when they arrive in Las Vegas December 11. Don Kane is aware, and it's possible we can have more than one shot during that week. GOOD MORNING, AMERICA: ABC-TV's morning network show with David Hartman. Has not said no. They have not said yes either, but Levinson feels from conversation with the ABC people that the chances are 50-50. They have indicated an interest if we will fly a girl to New York.- As the show is top rated of the three network shows in the AM with exposure in the millions, I think we should certainly plan to send a girl if we can get it on with the network people. MID-MORNING LOS ANGELES TV: At this point, we have received no answer, J have to assume that means no interest, WORLD OF PEOPLE TELEVISION: This San Francisco television show is interested in doing a segment to precede the nightly newscast. I had indicated to Levinson that we didn't want to bother the San Francisco market, as we have let MGM-Reno have a wide berth in that area. However, in view of our getting knocked out of the Sunday in Los Angeles television show due to Hello Hollywood, Hello promotional segments, I tend to think that we should explore this possibility. (Note to Mr. Rothkopf: Please advise). EARTH NEWS RADIO: Syndicated newscast which goes to over 700 outlets nationwide. Lou Irwin has requested an interview with Janet Ford. Janet's presence in Los Angeles will be required only about half an hour.. If we can work out the timing, I think this to be well worth oufr while. If everybody agrees, I will work out and set up a date with Lou Irwin and Janet. It is the kind MGM 1708
