    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Commissioner Bunker moved the following applications for charitable solicitation permits, recommended for approval by the Solicitations Review Board be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the permits: L. Commissioner Fountain moved that Service and Material Warrants Nos. 13023 through 13197 in the total amount of $126,028.57 be approved. The Commission considered the request of Fireman's Fund Indemnity Company for can­cellation release of the bond of City Attorney Howard W. Cannon on file with the City, and replaced on June 19, 1957 by Bond No. 6025301 to cover Mr. Cannon's term of office commencing July 1, 1957 and ending June 30, 1961. Commissioner Whipple moved that Howard W. Cannon's public official bond designated as Fireman's Fund Indemnity Company Bond No. 69606 be released. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
