The Commission considered the request of Fireman's Fund Indemnity Company for cancellation release of the bond of City Attorney Howard W. Cannon on file with the City, and replaced on June 19, 1957 by Bond No. 6025301 to cover Mr. Cannon's term of office commencing July 1, 1957 and ending June 30, 1961. Commissioner Whipple moved that Howard W. Cannon's public official bond designated as Fireman's Fund Indemnity Company Bond No. 69606 be released.
