The ex- amination was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and in- cluded tests of the accounting records and other auditing procedures. The Fund on deposit with the Bank of Las Vegas was independently confirmed. Confirmations were also received from all of the contributors to the foundation veri- fying the amount of their donations. In our opinion, the Balance Sheet and Statement of Contributions Received and Disbursed which are indexed on the following page, present fairly the financial position of at December 31, 1958, and the results of its operations from the inception of its financial activities on October 1, 1957 to December 31, 1958.
