Los Angeles, June 6, 19^5 Mr. F. 0, Paulsen; Referring to your letter June 5tih# file 9^15* oon-o e rn ln g Superintendent Fish's recommendation for lH4 ft. extension of the Railroad Company's existing 6" cast iron pipe water line south of Bonanza Road, Lae Vegas, and the installation of 3 fire hydrantss We are having considerable activity and lease negotiations for sites along Bonanza Road, and I anticipate that quite soon we will lease the 3°° * parcel south of the Steel Conversion site.'
