Please review this as to form and content. We propose to meet with Mr. Hale and perhaps others of General Mills the first of the week and I would like your approval or suggestions with respect to the enclosed contract. I propose to ask General Mills to review this contract if they will. I rather anticipate that they will feel that they should not express any opinion on the contract, but I would like to submit it to them in view of the recitals therein which at least by implication re- serve to us the property right in the mix.
