To fill up 28 seats on a chartered plane: a) Target the first flight on Friday, November 9. b) Set up an invitational flight the week before, on November 2, aiming at Sands customers such as Dominic Corsaro and his friends. Recommend Sands provide transportation for this special group, in order to spread the news thru an actual experience of the flight. c) Prepare a tasteful yet simple announcement of the KERN COUNTY WEEKENDER flight for direct mailing to the top bracket or CLASS market. d) Set up signs in the Country Clubs, the Travel Agency, Winer Cadillac Agency building to cover top of CLASS market people visually. e) Prepare newspaper ad for the two publications covering Kern County. f) Prepare hard-hitting spot ET*s for the 6 radio stations covering Kern County. g) Prepare TY spotvisual card for 2 TV stations.
