Mr* A, S. Halstedi We some time ago tools over the Hawkins and Craner water interests at Las Vegas, and Mr. Bracken has sent me the follow ing documents secured incident to those transactions: 1. Formal approval of Las Vegas Oity Commissioners of said sale; 2. Contract of sale, by which Hawkins Land and Water Company transfers its water system to Las Vegas Land and Water Company; 3. Permit issued by the City of Las Vegas to Hawkins to use City streets and alleys for a water system; 4. C ertificate of public convenience and necessity issued to Hawkins Land and Water Company to construct and operate- a water d istribu tin g system in Las Vegas, Nevada; 5. Contract of sale, by which S* W. Craner disposes of the water system to Las Vegas Land and Water Company; 6 . Permit issued by City of Las Vegas to S. W. Craner to use City streets and alleys for in stallatio n of a water system; 7. Formal approval of said sale, issued by City Commissioners, , They are enclosed for approval as to execution, and forwarding to | Mr, Charles Adams, Agent of the Land and Water Company, for his p record and f i lin g with the Auditor, cc Mr, C.
