Mr. Bennett ompany contemplates the filing of Ion for a rehearing. In deheral, tbfe/Commission finds that sufficient water is available f ^ r v ^ h e s d n / i c e of the applicant, that the Water Company has a l^g^lPo^ilgatlon to make the extension and render the service, and tHat any capital expenditures made by the Water Company under Rule 9 should be added to the total figure evidenced in the Agreement wi t h the Las Vegas Valley Wa t e r District. An order in accordance with said opinion was entered directing c o n struction of the extension pursuant to Rule 9. Rule 9 requires the applicant for water service to advance to the Company sufficient money to cover the cost of the extension, and provides for refund to the applicant at the rate of 35# of the revenues for 10 years or until full payment is made.
