I agree.USS HENRY W. TUCKER (DD-875) Fleet Post Office Son Francisco 96601 1 May 1969 Director of Public Relations The SANDS Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs I am the Public Affairs Officer in a destroyer which is homeported in the Orient for two years. We make regular cruises of two months in duration on a continuing basis from the Sea of Japan to the Vietnam combat zone and are engaged in a variety of operations in support of the war ef- fort. Our schedule is a demanding one, calling for hard work and constant effort, and morale aboard is a crucial factor in determining our success. It is my job to publish a daily ship?╟╓s newspaper. Mary large ships feature a pinup each week as a "morale booster." Would it be possible for you to send me 8"x10" blak and white photos of some of your beautiful "go-go girls" so I can use them in our newspaper? Thank you very much for assisting me in this matter. P. M. MC DERMOTT v LTJG, USN Public Affairs Officer
