The only other City needing simiIar coverage would be New York City. AMERICAN MINING CONGRESS There was some discussion regarding the 1965 Convention of AMC. Kelly met with these people in Washington, D.C., and they were somewhat disturbed as they had not received commitments from rtwo or three hotels for1965* JuIian Conover, however, has just been in Las Vegas and has some of this ironed out. NATIONAL SAND AND GRAVEL ASSOCIATION Vince Ahearn advised KelIy that it will be some time before this Convention will be held in Las Vegas. CLUB MANAGERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA Ed Lyon asked that the Las Vegas hotel people please not solicit this convention as there are no members of this Association in Las Vegas.
