    <b) The Company will make no new connections for water service to any domestic, commercial or Industrial establishment after December 1, 1951, unless application for such connection shall have been made to the Company prior to December 1, 1951. No such application shall be accepted unless such establish­ment is completed or under construction on December 1, 1951. Public hearing on this application will be held by the Commis­sion in Las Vegas, January 22, 1952 and the construction of water lines to and in the proposed subdivision as well as water lines to serve any new dwellings constructed will be subject to such regulations as may be issued by the Commission following the hearing. If the above proposal is satisfactory to you and if in view of the above mentioned hearing it is still your desire that we seoure necessary authority and assemble materials, so that the installation may be commenced as soon as possible after the Public Servloe Commissions1 order Is Issued I will, upon receipt of your approval together with your eheok in the amount of $4810.00, request authority for the construction of the water mains. Each of the above estimates include a contingency item of 10# which is to cover any unforeseen increase in material and other costs. Our contraot will provide that if actual oosts of the work shall be less than your deposit, such excess amount will be refunded to you. In the event, however, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for such additional cost. Mr. Petersen #2. By actual cost Is meant the ocst of all material and supplies delivered to the Job, the ooet of all labor employed in connection with the Installation of said water main, the cost of premiums on contractor1s surety bond, Public Liability, Property Damage and Contractor's Contractual Liability Insur­ance, plus ten percent <10#} for supervision and overhead.
