Montgomery (2) In connection w ith additions to the property of the Water Company, the cost of whi c h will be added to the basic pur­chase price under the terms of the proposed contract for sale of the Water System to the Las Vegas Valley Water Dis­trict, I am sending you, herewith, one copy of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" covering construction of the following described project, w h i c h it is proposed to con­struct under the conditions noted on the face of the estimate. Construct 5^0 LF of 6" cast iron water main and 12 L F of 6" fire hydrant connection to serve Industrial Area lying between Utah and Wyoming Avenues east of Fairfield Street. I am also sending you, herewith, one print of our drawing A-1085, dated March 27, 1953, showing location of proposed pipe line. If you agree that the inclusion of the cost of the above project may be properly added to the basic purchase price under the proposed contract mentioned above, will you please indicate your approval in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, whi c h is sent you in duplicate, and return to me?
