Kiss Eva Adams National production, 5* We have bean working with Mr* John Parlay, a wonderful, wonderful gentlemen who is chairman of the board of Regan Bros*, and a lawyer himself, and considered one of the "Deans* of the baking Industry* Our arrangement which is already in writing, is to have Regan Bros* manufacture the bread in its area and then to franchise the baking of our bread to quality bakers all over the country. The Angelbread Foundation would get a loaf, with mother 1^ a loaf going to National advertising on the bread* Thus, In Minneapolis we would start with 10,000 loaves of bread a week, which would mean #5,200.00 a year to the Fund just on this Minneapolis scale* Multiply that by about One hundred other top quality bakers through out American whom Regan Bros* would franchise, and you can se^r that we could get aben t half a million dollars a year just on a minimum sale of 10,000-, loaves a week in each market. 6* Regan Bros* has made many tests on baking the bread in all three of its plants and the Sisters at Rose de Lima claim they Can hardly tell the difference between their bread and the bread baked by Regan Bros* So, we have the mechanical problem of baking this bread by machine to taste as good as hand baked bread, and we are all set to go* 7* X feel the name Angelbread and our slogan - "So good it had to be called Angelbread", is the only name and advertising theme that could really sell this bread, and we really need it* We have been toying with the name "Angelita's Bread", but it just doesn't sound as good as Angelbread*
