I agree.ransportation Committee - 3 - The trip to the Gunnery Range will require the use of all but five VlP MOTOR POOL vehicles, fifteen chartered buses, and nearly 1,000 automobiles driven by Clark County school teachers. State, county and! city police will cooperate with the assembly and escorting of all vehicles going to and from the Gunnery Rangei Deputies at each of the hotels will also assist. It is imperative that all vehicles leave the hotels sufficiently in time to be along Highland Drive before departing for the Gunnery Range. All cars entering the Gunnery Range must have a special sticker on the windshield. These stickers will be available at the Information Desk in the Convention Center. Additional information and specific instructions on the trip to the Gunnery Range will be given the TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE ptior to April 15. Four 40-passenger buses will operate daily from April 13 to April 19 between McCarran Field, the Strip hotels and motels, and the Convention Center. The use of four buses will offer 7% minute shuttle service. From 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily, April 13 through April 17, additional buses will be used to transport the registrants from the hotels to the Convention Center for the morning conference sessions. The TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE will be provided with further instructions as to the route of the shuttle buses and the pick up and discharge points. The Chairman of the TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE should use the VIP MOTOR POOL office as his point of contact with his committeemen. ?çY-
