This well waa drilled In 1930-1921 end we claim a Tested Right to the water from same. Further, we have a State of Nevada "Certificate of Appropriation of Water", applica­tion No. 7300, Certificate Record No* 1631, dated April 10, 1930, with priority of 8-23-1934, allowing us the right to appropriate 2.5 cubic feet per second, th ro u g h * 12" drilled well 638 feet deep, located in the water field in 3¥ 1/4, SW 1/4, Sec. 39, Twp. 30 South. Range 61 l a s t . This water to be for general railroad, domestic, and fire protection purposes in parts of sections 33 and 34.
