I agree.Freeman company Tbat*s wfay* even at the beginning of the Sands nightclub operation in 195&-5S* we signed up atom like Dwmy Tfmmm* Lena* Hferrill and Armstrong* Peter Ltnd Hayes and Mary Sealy* Frank Sinatra* tfartin & Louis to long term contracts for the Sands* Then we have added quality nightclub entertainment like Tallulah Bankhead* Van Johnson* Jteio Pirma* Howard Xeel even though these people didn't perform in dubs before* be~ cause we believed in their entertainment value for the public* Add to that list other great stars scheduled to play the Sands thru 1959* for at least 3 weeks a year* stars like Rosemary Clooney* Peggy Lee* Hat King Cole* tforguerttte Piazza* and our latest addition* Samm Davis* Jr** and you have a lineup of quality entertainment that has been vroven to be wanted by the American nightclub public* The Vegas audiences are a great crossroads of the J&mriam people ?╟÷ all kinds* sizes* shapes* from all kinds of cities* towns* farms -?╟÷ wtth all kinds of tastes and likes in food* clothes* carsj homes ?╟÷?╟÷~~ and yet it semis that wtth quality entertainment like we have set at the Sands all the entertain- merit tastes of the public funnel into only one direction as a prerequisite decent* clean* and funny* or talented performing* in a nightclub show* The critics and skeptics of American nightclub showiMminess who &sat their chests so sadly seem to have forgotten that ?╜~?╟÷ perhaps because they forgot to ask the American nightdubgaer what H& wants to see onstage* Wont proof?
