ATTORNEY 422 WEST SIXTH STREET L O S A N G E L E S 14, C A L I F O R N I A June 21, 1954 80-11 Las Vegas Valley Water District 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: I have a copy of letter dated June 16, 1954, to you from 0 ‘Melveny & Myers approving the form of agreement between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the District, assigning to the District as of the sale date, for collection only, the uncollected charges for water service for refrigeration machines, etc. On the assumption that the Board of Directors will authorize the execution of this agreement, I am enclosing duplicate originals and one extra copy of agreement dated June 21, 1954, which has been executed on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. When the agreement has been executed by the District, will you please return one of the executed originals to me. If the District does not desire to enter into this agreement, please return both originals which have been executed by Mr. Reinhardt on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company.
