2 KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS 280 WEST; MACARTHUR BLVD., OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA 94611 P H O N E 6 5 3 Ml 21 June 3, 1968 Mr. Al Freeman % Public Relations Department Sands Hotel Las Vegas Blvd. So. Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Al: A note to firm up the wedding plans.: Pam?╟╓s dad has accepted the invitation to give her away so that is settled. We are all so excited now that it is only a month away, and wish the day could be 24 hours long. I?╟╓ve had confirmation on room reservations for my family from Connecticut, and I can give you definite dates. They will arrive the 27th on a 2:20 p.m. United flight (instead of the 28th), and will leave on the 3rd of July in the morning, so we won?╟╓t have to worry about holiday reservations. However, along with the 28th to the 27th date change, I?╟╓ll also need two more rooms. My first letter had my sister and husband and three children in two rooms. They wondered if they could have three connecting rooms? Another daughter decided to come and although they are all in their teens, they are small town and Betty wanted them close. It would be two in each room. Then my uncle Dr. James Green from Litchfield, Conn., also decided to come the 27th, so that will be a single for him till the 3rd. If it can?╟╓t be done Al, let me know and I?╟╓ll do what I can in private homes. Would much rather have them all in the hotel, but I know how tight it is with the holiday and convention. One more favor. Would you see to reservations for all nine of my Connecticut family on the 27th for the dinner show to see Red Skelton? Know they will be thrilled.I told my dad, Frank Green, to call you when they are settled in their rooms and say hello to you and confirm reserva- tions. Al, I?╟╓ll be in at 10:45 a.m. on the 21st for the one day and night with Pam and will see you then. I called Mario and think I got it all straight with him, but he is difficult to be sure of on the phone or in person. I honestly don?╟╓t know what I would have done without you. I owe you much Al. See you in three weeks. Affectionately Barbara Anderson BA:bh KAISER FOUNDATION
