Samson, Dancelot, Roily, and Winston stand at the footboard of the bed, their faces taut with anxiety. A beat, then Morgan enters. SAMSON Did you summon the Royal Physician? MORGAN He's on his way. Morgan joins the others at the bed. 201 ANOTHER ANGLE The door opens and the ROYAL PHYSICIAN enters, carrying his medical bag. The ANGLE is such that we see only his back as he moves to the bed and opening his bag, examines the King. Finally, he turns to face CAMERA; it is BEN CASEY dressed in the costume of the period but his tunic is unbuttoned at the neck revealing a very virile chest of hair. ROYAL PHYSICIAN The Royal Cat's gone. SAMSON We know that, but how is he? ROYAL PHYSICIAN He's about to split the scene for good. ROLLY Methinks we should call in another doctor. What of that one across ?╟≤ the channel, Sir Kildare?
