We had planned to set up a table at the Celebrity Party between shows in the silver Palace Friday night, but some have felt that this would be awkward and that it would be difficult to notify the matre'ds in time for the second show Friday. Therefore, we have adopted the following plan. 1. Publicists are to meet their groups at the airport Friday at 4 p.m. Each hotel is to provide its own transportation, 2. From the airport, all publicists will take their people directly to the Convention Center, where a table will be set up in the main rotunda for the purpose of interviewing each of the newsmen and assigning them to shows. Margaret Krimel and Anna Mary Burnett of the News Bureau staff will be on hand for this purpose, and will give a complete list of bookings for all shows to each publicity director before he or she leaves the Convention Center. The Fair and Recreation Board will set up a portable bar in the rotunda and host the group to drinks during this booking period, which should take no more than an hour. Barney Rawlings of the Convention Bureau will be on hand to welcome the group and invite them to take a further look at the Center if they desire. '?╟≤ . * The publicists will then take their own groups to the hotel to check in. By this time, Ray Culley should have the baggage. to the hotels. (NOTE?╟÷ As there is no entertainment at the Fremont Hotel, first show reservations for Friday night for this group will be made while the group is at the\Convention Center.) Regarding the Celebrity Party at Casino -Center, the publicists have the responsibility only of transporting their celebrities' to and from the Silver Palace. Arrangements have been made for parking in the Mint lot. TWA personnel with e?║ch group of newsmen at the dinner show will have A DIVISION OF THE CHAMBER OF \COMMERCE ............. * ?╟? ..
