Johnson Las Vegas Land and Water Company 401 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada SW Store No. 281 - 122 South Second Las Vegas, Nevada (Your letter of September 9, 1952) Bill No. 259 Dear Mr. Johnson: We have received your subject letter and statement for refrigeration machines at this location, In the amount of $84.00. In the next to last paragraph of your letter you state "Heretofore, your monthly bill of $10.45 per month included only $5.00 for refrigeration service." The $10.45 per month was paid for our Store No. 280, 1300 E. Charleston Boulevard, and not Store No. 28l, located at 122 South Second Street. We paid $5.95 per month for Store No. 2 8 l . We believe you have the two locations mixed up in some way. Also in this connection, we have never received a reply to our letter of August 21, 1952, regarding Store No. 280, 1300 E. Charleston Boulevard, and the use of the water tower. We will make no payment for Store No. 28l, 122 South Second Street, until we hear from you further as to whether this is the correct amount. Yours very truly 9 7 ? /& MBH/f M. B. Hollinger u Retail Operations Manager
