Approximately 650 people from the Sportsmen's Club will be here for the weekend starting Friday, June 27, 1969. 350 rooms have been reserved - generally to be of the same type and price. 2. An Awards Banquet will be held in the Grand Ballroom on Saturday evening, June 28th at 7 PM. 3. The actual awards program will be televised live from 9PM to 10:30 PM to the West Coast; and will be video taped by the Wolper Organization for syndication throughout the United States. We will soon be holding periodic meetings to work out the many details involved - such as billings, luggage transportation, cocktail parties, and the construction and staging of the dinner and the actual television show.
