I Mr. W. R. Rouse June 22, 1956 Indemnify us and hold us harmless against any such possible contingent claims. I am, therefore, enclosing quadruplicate originals of the contract in question for your consideration and,if satisfactory to you, for execution by Mr. Stoddard or authorized Vice President of the two railroads and the Water Company. One of these originals to be furnished the District, one the escrow holder, and two returned to us for our files. Pending formal distribution, I am also enclosing an extra copy of the proposed contract for your file. If the proposed contract is satisfactory to you, will you please arrange for execution by the Railroad Company and return the quadruplicate originals to me for further handling.
