Studio extras will be using this furniture. No music or pages on the loudspeaker system until about 12:00 noon, or until notified, 5 gallons of lemonade needed, with cherries, orange slices, straws and lee cubes to dress up drinks on tables. Painters not to be in area of Arlington pool side, Surrey-tram and one luggage tram to be available from 8:00 AM until released, a?? Sands bellmen needed for driving. 2:00 PM Scene: Sands Marquee area REQUIREMENTS: 1, Marquee to be changed to LENA HORNE AND FRANKIE LAINE, EFC# 2, Area cleaned and watered before shooting, 3, Wall parking area cleared of cars as of Tuesday night, for parking of generators, camera trucks* 3:30 PM Scene: Sands Entrance 1, Cars diverted around usual drive-up area, 2, Cabs held back to red line, to make room for camera truck, 3, Jake Freedman scheduled for 3:43 PM appearance, 4, Coming attraction showcases switched for UNA and LAINE, 5, Screen on top of casino steps down on director*s instructions, SPECIAL NOTES: Request at least 1 Security Guard at all times with crew, unless situation calls for more.
