One hotel featured at a time -- in a framework of, possibly, a royal cartouche. A crown over the mechanical portion of the board. And the blanket headline: "The Royal Family in Las Vegas". One reservations number. MAGAZINES Four, colors, naturally. And for a kickoff, a two-page spread featuring aerial views of these impressive hotel-estates. Too many words could be superfluous with a dramatic spread like this. Copy would simply announce that in Las Vegas, the fun and glamour capital of the world, there is only one Royal Family/ And here they are. Rivals to the kingdoms
