I agree.AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into this 15th Day of October, 1992, between Sammy Thompson, residing at 129 Market, Nassau, N.P. Bahamas, and the Princess Casino, at Ranfurly Circus, Freeport, Grand Bahamas. 1. Me Thompson agrees to furnish the materials and fabricate 17 Junkanoo Costumes designed by Jerry Jackson, and specified on the attached list, for a new Bahamian number being produced for "Night Life," a show currently playing at the Princess Casino Theatre in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. 2. Mr. Thompson agrees to deliver said costumes on or before November 15,1992. 3- For his services, the Princess Casino agrees to compensate Mr. Thompson the sum of $8,050, a 50% deposit of $4,025 to be paid upon the signing of this Agreement. The remaining $4,025 shall be paid upon completion of said costumes. 4. The shipping costs of said costumes from Nassau to Freeport will be paid by Princess Casino. AGREED: Sammy Thompson
