I agree.% *rt??j * to degan out of the National Promotion Fund after we get started. In this way, we will start falling I into the pattern of a Standard Operating Irocedure ; 1 for all the bakers of Angelita's Bread. I 9. ?╟╓?╟╓NOM ON SALE" AADIO SPOTS a. I visualize here two different 20-second radio spots: (1) ?· standard piece of copy which can be used in any market with the substitute of the franchised baiter's name. (2) A special 20-second radio spot prepared by the newspaper personality whose story we use in the folder "Once Upon A Time." b. The first spot should be furnished to the franchised baiter at the expense of the National Promotion Fund. The second, or the special spot ?╟÷ let's call it the "Personality Spot" ?╟÷ should be prepared at the expense of the franchised baiter inasmuch as it entails the expense of recording the personality and malting tapes and ?· T's. c. The ordering of these spots would be done through the Angelita?╟╓s Bread Company by the baiter. 10. # "A LITTLE SLICE OF LONG AGO" ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN a. YJe would prepare the campaign of ten advertisements using the Old Country pictures which I brought with me from Europe at the end of the war. b. These ads could be used by a franchised baiter in his own market, in the local Sunday newspaper sup- plement, which is a fine family advertising media. This kind of advertising is quite costly but a trial run on the first ad might prove to be so successful the baiter would continue the campaign over such a period of time as he would himself determine. - o- ?√ß II
