I agree.IPSAS FOE 12th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION Instead of a three day period around December IS to celebrate the 12th Anniversary, 1 recommend that we ang he.our promotion on the Anniversary to start with the Frank Sinatra opening concert on Friday, November 27, and finish the celebration with the December 13 party* I believe this would give us a longer period of publicity, and would help to avoid explaining to customers why they were invited to one an! not the other, and would provide a different type of Sands Anniversary, Suggested schedule: a) Friday, November 27, Frank Sinatra concert ?╟≤ opening night of Sinatra engagement and opening night of 12th Anniversary celebrations, b) Friday, December 11, Danny Thomas opening night ?╟≤ (party) c) Saturday, December 12. 12th Anniversary gala * Garden Room ?? midnight, d) Sunday, December 13, Special Sands Copa Room show and black tie party ?? as many Sands stars as possible. Appropriate letters to be sent out announcing these four meats with the Sands guests voicing their preference of attending either one of the following:
