General Solicitor Union Pacific Railroad Company k22 West Sixth Street Los Angeles I k , California Dear Mr. Bennett: Further answering your inquiry regarding charges for installation of water mains in this area, I enclose herewith Regulations of the East Bay Municipal Utility District. Section 4-, commencing on page 6, covers the situation in which you are interested. I note the regulation of this utility is similar to that of the Las Vegas company excepting that in the case of the East Bay 70 percent of the revenue is credited to the refund instead of 50 per cent. Otherwise the regulation seems very similar. Sincerely yours, ERNEST I. SPIEGL EIS:fl Enc.
