The Company agrees; Upon the execution of this agreement and the pay-ment of the sum of $2430.00, specified in paragraph 1 of Article I hereof, and upon delivery to the Company of a duly executed easement as provided in paragraph 3 of said Article I, to order the necessary pipe, fittings and other materials necessary for making of such extension, and upon the arrival ° J i h!uPi?e and materials aforesaid at Las Vegas, to proceed with the installation of said water main along the line so staked upon the ground by the Subdivider, and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence, 2. To pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals fifty percent (50%) of the monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Block 2 of said Subdivision, taking water from the water main so installed hereunder, for a period °t (10) years from the date of the completion of said in-stallation, or, until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line so advanced by it, whichever occurs first. ARTICLE III. It is mutually agreed; 1. That the water mains so installed shall be and remain the property of the Company. 2. Should the actual cost of the installation of said water mains exceed the estimated cost of $2430.00, then and In that event the Subdivider will pay the excess to the Company upon demand, and if said actual cost be less than $2430.00 * then the Company will pay to the Subdivider the difference’be-tween said estimated cost so advanced and the actual cost.
