On January 1, Mr. Sam Nichols, Jantzenfs art director and Mr. Alan Hicks, a Portland photographer will be arriving to start the photography for our catalog. They will stay through the evening of January 6 and depart sometime on the afternoon of Thursday, January 7. On January 2, Mr. Craig Van Brock- land, Mr, Hicks1 photographic assistant, will be arriving and will also be staying through the evening of January 6 with departure set for the 7th. Al, I would appreciate it if I could get a double room for Sam Nichols and Alan Hicks for the evening of January 1. They would share it and when Van Brockland arrives on the 2nd, I would move him in with Alan Hicks and move Sam Nichols to a single. On Sunday, January 3, we would require two doubles and two singles for the following people: Chris Sullivan and Norma Wickliff double Linda Burdett and Margaret Hiatt double Chris Cusick single Ayse Manyas single These people will all depart the afternoon of Thursday, January 7.
