Dear Al: Received your letter of March 6 giving Mr. Entratter?╟╓s OK for the additional third room for my wife and me at the Sands during the stay of our MISS NATIONAL PRESS PHOTOGRAPHERS I certainly appreciate your cooperation and the generosity of Mr. Entratter in this matter and both Don Sandusky and I will do all we can to assist in the publicity for Miss NPPA and the Sands. Our best publicity break will come during the time of her stay at your hotel. We are all looking forward to our visit to the Sands. Enclosed is a copy of the national publicity release I sent out listing all the prizes for Miss NPPA. In addition, our Phoenix paid publicity man, Phil Seridan, has been instructed to use all he can on it too. I would also like to service our National Press Photographer monthly magazine with a good shot of the Sands, with perhaps a gal in the foreground, or something like this. Could you pie supply me with about four prints? Yes, of course, we would be happy to have BOTH you and Mr. Entratter come over to our convention April 4j.th and spend the day with us and be our guests for dinner in the evening. Perhpps you may wish to stay for the sneak preview of the new George Gobel- Mitzi Gaynor-David Niven picture, "Birds & the Bees", which Paramount studios is providing for the NPPA, at the Parkway theater adjoining the San Marcos hotel. Be sure to loo^: me up when you arrive. If you can let me know by wire when you are arriving by air, I?╟╓ll try to arrange to meet you at the airport.
