Permitting unused water to run into the City Sewer Lines, or onto any Street or Alley, 3. Using water in any cooling equipped with a recapture d emvaicchei,ne not Complaints are regularly received by the Police BepArtment regarding lawn hoses being allowed to run into the street, undermining and destroying pavement and oilbound surfaces. Also coolers not equipped with recapture pump being permitted to run in alleys, causing mud holes and breeding places for mosquitoes. Please check up your leaky plumbing and have it repaired, and if your cooler is not equipped with a pump, have one installed.
